Shipping and Handling
1. Our main market is the United States. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 3-5 working days
Shipping time: 15-20 working days

2. Shipping fee:
Standard shipping: $7.99
Priority Shipping: $15.99
Free shipping on orders over $69.00

3. Transportation method:   4PX, Yunda, Wanbang Express, UBI.                                                               
Order processing
Unless otherwise notified, all orders will leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. After the product leaves the factory, it usually takes 7 to 14 working days to receive the goods, depending on your shipping address. You will receive a tracking number from the shipping company immediately after the product is shipped. This will let you know where the shipment is and how long it will take (keep an eye on your email account). We will make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, it may take additional time due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.
If you have any questions about delivery times, please send your order number to our customer service team and contact them to assist you.

Please note that delivery time does not include handling time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time. For orders with multiple items, processing time will be based on the item that takes longer to process.

If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a trouble ticket to our support center for further assistance. Our professional customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact our customer service team with your order number and contact them with the information you require.

My tracking says "No information available at this time."
If tracking information is not available, please try again later. Rest assured, estimated shipping times are valid regardless of the updated status of the tracking website. Click here to enter the waybill number to view logistics information.
